You will find my class very muscle intensive. Yoga is an integral part of our dance, consequently we will work to build strength and stamina while

increasing flexibility. Please wear fitted yet comfortable garments that will allow me to observe your posture/body alignment.

Baggy sweats are a definite no-no.
